Who We Serve
Mitchell Community Health Services is primarily located at Broadford, north east of Kilmore, Victoria . Centre-based services are also available in Seymour and Wallan by appointment.
Our services are available to all residents in the Mitchell Shire. Many of our services are also available to Murrindindi Shire residents. We charge a small fee for some services but many are free. We serve all ages and offer support and information to their family and friends.

Intake Service
Mitchell CHS also has an Intake Service that provides information about services available through our agency and other services in our region, and organises referral to required services. In an emergency, intake staff may also provide assistance when a staff member from a particular service is not available.
The Intake Service is available Monday – Friday from 1.00pm – 4.00pm by calling (03) 5784 5555 or by visiting our Broadford centre.
