Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer
An exciting opportunity exists for a self motivated and driven Executive Assistant to join this vibrant multi-disciplinary community health organisation which provides extensive health and social support services to communities within the Mitchell and Murrindindi Shires that adjoin northern metropolitan Melbourne.
Mitchell Community Health Service (MCHS) is going through an exciting phase in development. It has recently established a Primary Care Clinic at Kinglake and plans are well advanced for the $8 million Wallan Super Clinic.
MCHS is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high level organisational and administrative support directly for the CEO and the Executive Team to help support our directions and growth. The Executive Assistant will work in a pivotal role which will offer a great team environment, constant variety and challenges, and an opportunity to develop new skills.
This position is located at our Head Office in Broadford which is less than an hour’s drive from Melbourne, half an hour from the northern suburbs and is directly on the V-Line train route with the Broadford station only a 5 minute walk.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication and organisation skills, advanced Microsoft Office skills, a flexible attitude, a team approach and the ability to provide effective and efficient secretarial and administrative support at a management level.

Package Details: MCHS is offering an attractive package of approximately $66,000 per annum salary, plus 9% superannuation and generous salary packaging provisions.
