Festive Season Survival Packs
The Festive Season can be an exciting time of the year but for some it is often stressful both emotionally and physically. The Survival Pack offers practical support and contains strategies and tips on matters such as grief issues, drug and alcohol, finance, conflict resolution, relaxation, stress and gambling. It also contains promotional samples, recipes, games and activities.
