Festive Season Survival Packs Available

The Survival Pack offers practical support and contains strategies and tips on matters such as grief issues, drug and alcohol, finance, conflict resolution, relaxation, stress and gambling.

They also include body butter lotion, t-shirt, water bottle, pen, fridge magnet, shopping bag, kids storybook and other useful information and resources to help you along at this often stressful time.
